We would like to inform you about scheduled maintenance of our database infrastructure on 17 September 2026, during the above maintenance window.
As part of the maintenance, database servers will be restarted sequentially. Most platform functionality will remain fully available throughout the maintenance. APIs will continue to operate normally; however, brief interruptions of up to a few minutes may affect write operations in individual modules.
Potential impact
Automation, Campaigns, Analytics, CRM/Client, Templates and Landing Pages
Services will remain available via API. However, write operations such as creating or editing campaigns and templates, as well as imports, may briefly fail.
AI — Recommendations, Search and Product Catalog
Services will remain available via API. Short interruptions may occur when making configuration changes or performing catalog imports.
Login and Authorization
Brief issues may occur when signing in to the platform or with end-customer login and authorization, for example in mobile applications or loyalty programs.
Promotions and Vouchers
A short interruption may occur while accessing or modifying promotions and vouchers.
Audit Log
Short interruptions may affect both writing and reading audit log entries.
Session Analytics
Session processing may be briefly paused. Any affected data will be processed after the maintenance is completed, with no data loss expected.
